Widget doesn’t work (iPhone 6plus)

Colleages, please, develop a search instrument for this otherwise very good paper. To have an e-paper without a search is utterly nonsensical, dont you think so? Also, please, make the iphone and ipad versions match at least in the titles of published stories! I begin to read the paper on my ipad in the morning at breakfast and then, however hard I might try - i just cannot find what I read in my iphone version when travelling to the office in the Tube. Titles are different and no search instrument can help. This is so frustrating!

Baffling that subscription changes and account deletion are unavailable on the app and the website. Expecting subscribers to call a (UK) phone number to make changes is ridiculous, especially for international subscribers.

After 17 years living in London. One of many things I miss but can enjoy yet again. 5 out of 5!

I have a paid subscription but can’t access neither the app nor the website. Help email in app is incorrect and no other customer service channels are working. Unacceptable.

I live in Sweden and this app keeps me up to date with all news at a touch. For me, I especially love the sports section. Oliver Kay, Henry Winter and Tony Cascarino for football. Mike Atherton for cricket and Matthew Syed for overall views are exceptional.
