Dull app unnecessary and time consuming

Works slow and gives errors frequently.

The documents I uploaded are not communicated to BA. Result: I can’t check-in for neither of my flights, one of which is a long haul. And since I’m traveling alone, choosing a seat is crucial in an +11h flight! This caused me a lot of stress and anxiety!!!

Very poor app unable to deal with codeshare flights

Useless app

We spent two hours trying to get VeriFLY to upload our covid test results. It was impossible as the first names on the flight ticket did not include our middle names which were however on the test results. As BE certificates are delivered in electronic format in a specific app only, it was also not possible to upload the cert manually. We ended up having to change the name on the flight tickets. As a matter of principle, I find it scandalous that we are forced to consent to sharing our health data with a third party private company in order to fly with Aer Lingus.

In this Covid-time we have never had to fill out so many forms and papers, and then this app makes it all even more complicated even more difficult even more frustrating for everyone. if you have an app make it a good one! How the hell is this possible! It's maddening!

Handy for simple single leg trips - but not accommodating transfers, not particulate situations, having recovered from Covid (exempting you from tests).

This app is just a nightmare , tons of bugs , super hard to make it work and it deleted all my datas the day of the flight , I had to do it all over again … nightmare
