A very clear & easy use platform , take you time & read slowly is my advice , but was very user friendly & extremely convenient

Everything worked great. My first time flying transatlantic since COVID. I had one issue where my wife passport name did not match the Covid cert name due to marriage. While it was difficult to understand what to do in this case, their support team were quick and efficient in explaining the process. Had all my docs uploaded and verified within the hour! Very happy! Let’s see if Aerlingus accept these at the airport or will I need to produce the paper versions!

One of the most pointless and useless apps . Absolutely awful userface

Why keep having to upload the covid cert again every time?

Why is this still being used by Aer Lingus? Other airlines are not using it. An unnecessary annoyance when checking in online and not used when checking in on site. Makes no sense anymore.
