Dull app unnecessary and time consuming

Works slow and gives errors frequently.

I wasn’t able to scan a QR and couldn’t upload a file that contains a QR and that’s why couldn’t check-in to my flight!

Could not upload our covid certificates, not as a pdf file and not as QR readable doc. Very upset with waste of time

Very unclear user interface and program logics

I uploaded the vaccination certificate and got a verified pass but my air company did not received it and therefore I cannot perform on line check in. So the apo is a waste of time

Couldn’t upload any document. Just lost time to fill information the wasn’t any help for us. We got a pass but could not make the check in. The help was mot helpful too

I can’t understand why American Airlines continue with this app.nothing is working here. You are westing your time..poor customer experience
