Dull app unnecessary and time consuming

Works slow and gives errors frequently.

After a very long day at conference I am asked at last minute that I can’t check in with AA because I have to download and fill out an app and get. Verified once again. It’s now almost midnight and This takes over 30 minutes. Waist of time and AA should be doing better. This could have been asked of me over a month ago when I booked the flight and not the night before. Silly app, it doesn’t even ask you for your Nexus card or your Covid verifications and the only thing I needed to verify was a check box that I have a form. Why why why:)

Royal waste of time. Shame on the app developer

Not easy to use. Air Canada’s set up better

I’m not sure if it’s verifly or if it’s all American airline but I still need to check in at the airport. You shouldn’t need 2 apps to book a flight. And it didn’t even work.

This has happened multiple times Where I submit my documents, then I get an email and it says it’s approved. When I open the app again it says no internet connection where as I do

Since my return flight is over a month away, I can’t complete the VeriFLY steps.
