Clunky and horrible to use.
This is a disgrace. It keeps freezing and you can’t share a link to a property and have the header shot come up. I can’t believe your hosts pay you for this rubbish.
No currency
The App doesn’t provide the right currency. It even doesn’t show US$ so you know how much you are going to pay!
Worst booking site
No communication couldn’t get into our accmodation as no email had being sent and they don’t reply to emails - will never book through this site again
VRBO currency setting
I have used Bookabach in New Zealand for years. Recently I logged in and was prompted to download their new app - Bookabach is now VRBO. Once I’d done this I booked the property I wanted which cost $450 per night. It was only when I checked the invoice that I discovered I’d been charged $750 NZD. The listing was in US dollars! I had to go into the app settings and manually change this - Kiwi users beware!

Very poor service
We rented a place in good faith with 9 ppl then after we had arrived 4 ppl from our group as a result of a family death couldn’t make it . You at Bookabach would not refund us due to this plus we have had nothing but really bad things happen at the house . 3 days out of 5 we had no hot water due to a fault then we had no heating in the rooms as the owner had said that the previous ppl renting used the heat pumps continuously so they took the remotes away when in fact it is advertised in the booking so this is false advertising and when in the south island wouldn’t you think this was a necessary thing . We had my elderly in-laws in there 80s and this was unacceptable. To be honest I would not ever recommend to anyone to Use your services . There was a genuine reason for my brother in law and children not being able to come with the death of there mum / wife This is unacceptable!
Very bad service
I booked with them and when I reached location no one answered my call and then they said we can’t do anything my whole trip is spoiled because of vrbo thanks to them not recommended to anyone
