Location
Not user friendly. Choosing what pub I’m at took long time. I made a mistake and couldn’t go back. The menus should show clear the name of the pub and address.

Apps good, connectivity some places not
Apps decent and straightforward to use. Just a suggestion - maybe automatically link to WiFi through the app? Some pubs you get no signal whatsoever thus defeating the object of the app
Horrible experience
I ordered an American burger off of the app. Was told it would come with chips. Was given a plain burger. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do as the American burger was registered as a plain burger on the till. Will not be ordering an American burger from the Kings Fee again!
The app is Great, but the table numbers messed up!
I think the table numbers need some TLC as wasted money today items went wrong table. Thr brass tags unclear, get damaged struggle with eye sight. That staff know issues but th black marker rubbed off. Other restaurants got better table numbering system less confusing clearer.
Great idea, but glitchy and buggy in use
Has previously been great but recently very buggy where it doesn’t show orders properly, despite being charged and receiving email confirmation. Issues need sorting pronto.
Lost
Why have we lost all the pubs visited again. Bloody useless you are.
