Not working without WI fi connection! How to fix it?!

Not user friendly. Choosing what pub I’m at took long time. I made a mistake and couldn’t go back. The menus should show clear the name of the pub and address.

I don’t understand why these restaurant chains use these apps for payment and then make them slow and unusable. The QR code on the table didn’t work - then you have to download this app which is very unhelpful. I don’t understand why the app is necessary in the first place. I’m pretty sure it just slows everything down and makes people uninterested in going to the restaurant again.

Apps decent and straightforward to use. Just a suggestion - maybe automatically link to WiFi through the app? Some pubs you get no signal whatsoever thus defeating the object of the app

I ordered an American burger off of the app. Was told it would come with chips. Was given a plain burger. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do as the American burger was registered as a plain burger on the till. Will not be ordering an American burger from the Kings Fee again!

I think the table numbers need some TLC as wasted money today items went wrong table. Thr brass tags unclear, get damaged struggle with eye sight. That staff know issues but th black marker rubbed off. Other restaurants got better table numbering system less confusing clearer.
