I subscribed because of my mistake to a plan of 199 usd. But when wanted to cancel i could not find and fees similar to this on app subscription plans on woofz. And they charged me 199 usd without any notification and possibility to cancel. I am writing here to cancel my subscription of 199 usd. I already have a subcription of 29 usd. Please refund as soon as possible
After trial there is no warning message about subscription start, it is very expensive and money is being charged without notification
They ask payment for everything. Even for assistance. You have not any access to your account setting. Waste money

I love this app it helps me and my little frenchie I love it so much !
They charge you repeatedly and don’t allow you to cancel your subscription. The app was useful for a few days but you can find the exact same content on YouTube for free.
The separation anxiety is still here so we’re gonna be working on that
