Dodgy app, if you subscribe from the web its impossible to cancel the subscription. Emailed themand havent heard anything back just attempts to take money off my card

I am not going to rate the app. It is probably helpful to many. I wanted to try it out, but it didn't work. I have two dogs with a year difference in age, so what might be applicable for the older one might not be relevant for the younger one. That is not as important, though. The thing is that I wanted to try it for a week, and as soon as I found out it was not suitable for us (a few days later), I cancelled my subscription. Imagine the surprise when, a couple of days ago, I found out that the subscription was not cancelled and a withdrawal of $39.99 was made from my account on behalf of the app. After a few days of exchanging emails with the support team, they have different types of subconscious, and if you don't pay attention, you will pay every month. I am highly disappointed and if you are reading this review before subscribing make sure you need the app, and be sure how you make the subscription.

Used the app for a bit but cancelled it after a while, I’m still being billed and it is 44 $ per month with a cancelled subscription, this is outrageous… will have to get a new card now…

Signed up for a week. I didn't want a free trial, which usually goes to monthly or yearly subscription, so I Paid $6.99...for the week. Today I received a message from Revolut that my account is frozen to prevent fraud. I opened my Revolut account and there was a $39.99 transaction that has been canceled by Revolut. I open the Woofz app, I tried to look for subscription, for some rules and etc. Nothing. I open my apple account looked for subscriptions... Nothing no sign of woofz subscription. I tried chatting with them saying " I can't find my subscription but I want to cancel it " and the answer was sorry about that but we can't help you... So I did the only thing I could... I reply to Revolut saying that I didn't make that transaction and they terminated my card. No I have to wait for a new one....thank good I used Revolut instead of my bank account.
