I bought 1 year subscription but it was just canceled even though it’s still active in my Apple subscriptions. The support asked a lot of additional documents to provide to prove my subscription. It’s a headache users don’t deserve. Just train your dog according to YouTube videos
I purchased premium yearly access from apple store and it doesnt work to my woofz account. I tried to contact support but all the answer refer me to their useless article and doesnt solve any problem. There is no clear matrix of the benefit of each plan.

They charge you repeatedly and don’t allow you to cancel your subscription. The app was useful for a few days but you can find the exact same content on YouTube for free.
