I have to apologize Woofz team, because I wrote review about me thinking that this is scam. They contacted me and after our chat I get to know that this situation was my mistake and even though they sand me my money back. So shame on me and my stupidity. After that customer service a have to give them 5* even though I don’t use this app anymore. Thanks again Woofz team ❤️.
Don’t pay single penny for this app. They give you basic knowledge nothing more. I paid for the 7-days payment just to try. I found out I don’t need the app and because I had the stupid 7-day payment I thought that’s it and it will be over after 7 days, no more subscribtion. Well I was wrong! After this payment you start month payment for 39,99 $!!! Without your knowledge!!! Well, they have it written with tiny tinny letter veeery down bellow when your buying the subscribtion. After couple days arguing with their call centre I was offered 50% discount. I really angry about this app.
please don't pay a single penny for this app, simply terrible, there are better options on the market. Furthermore, the service is terrible, they don't meet deadlines and the policies are hidden within the app. They only do this to steal your money!
Absolute fraud !!! Took twice money from credit card!! First it was 9,99$ and couple of days ago 39,99$ !! I didn’t approved those payments! Nobody answered from their support team! I’ve been robbed 😡
I love the fact that it tells you step by step training exercises😊 I think this app is a must need for all puppy or dog owners🤍 Wish us luck!
