It worked at first, no problem. Then it stopped sending the messages to verify it’s me: yes or no. Once it stopped I had no way of using the app, no way of transferring data from the till into Xero. Tried contacting the support- where do they send responses? To Xero. Can I read them? No. Very helpful. So frustrating!

They just do not, no way of turning them on. Terrible app. Waste of time

I’m not even a paying customer. I’m a developer using the demo company to test xero integration in custom software we are writing. I understand the security requirement for customers but why is two factor authentication required for people who don’t even have real data on xero?

Do NOT buy Xero. Their have been 4 massive price increases in 2 years. They seem to HATE their customers. Plenty of very good alternatives with good reporting, expenses, multi currency etc. Do NOT buy this rip off software.

Why doesn’t this company listen to its customers we should have an option to use this app

App doesn’t work. Wasted my 10 minutes

Why should I have to download an app to view my pay statements. Forcibly making employees open another app so that they may send you push notifications and have further access to your personal data. Why isn’t there an option to not use additional verification?? Surely that’s at my own risk, which I’m more than willing to accept.

You do need to remember that if you change your phone, you will have to update your settings. I suspect this is where some people are having issues

Well I love zero and I have no problem with having to use a verification app, but I find that it works for a bit and then it kicks me out and I have to delete it and re-download it. Bit glitchy
