1. Can’t send audio and image messages in app. “Failed” message appears.
2. Grandpa (Moscow, Russia) wants to install app for communication with grandkids, but he cannot verify his phone number in the app. After the installation Xplora app during registration he didn’t receive verification code via sms. App displayed the error “ Something went wrong! We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again or contact our customer support team.(Ref:60605)”. Seems that Russian numbers are banned.
No russian keyboard selection possible
After the update, I can’t select a russian keyboard layout anymore. Needless to say it is configured.
Alarm setting does not allow to set non-repeating alarms.

Couldn’t refresh the location
Sometimes days go by without updating location, and refreshing clearly doesn’t work. Latest app, latest iOS, rebooted app and watch to no avail.
In no way do I experience the security of knowing where my child is, because location with hours’ - even days’ - delay is totally useless.
GPS er dårlig til at opdatere

Idéen er god, men …
Der mangler VIRKELIG muligheden for at man kan skrive beskeder fra uret! De predefinerede bedseder er ubrugelige, og man kan ikke selv ændre beskederne. Jeg har tidligere forespurgt på den funktion, og svaret var, at skærmen er for lille til et tastatur - den mulighed er der dog, når man skal skrive kode ind i urets indstillinger. Generelt er det en smart app, men alt for begrænset.
Mega irriterende og meget høj “lav batteri” lyd
Køb ikke X6 play. Det bimler og bamler rigtig højt midt om natten. Kan ikke ændres..
Location is not updated
Location information was working fine, not getting updated after the recent update of the app.
Unstable and not good enough
The location feature worked fine the first couple of months, but now it’s really useless. Location is frozen to somewhere he’s not, and reporting wrong location through the app doesn’t work.
Also, something as simple as showing right time doesn’t work. The watch can’t change between summer and wintertime, even after countless updates, restarts, etc.
Such a shame, but truly an inferior product.
