1. Can’t send audio and image messages in app. “Failed” message appears. 2. Grandpa (Moscow, Russia) wants to install app for communication with grandkids, but he cannot verify his phone number in the app. After the installation Xplora app during registration he didn’t receive verification code via sms. App displayed the error “ Something went wrong! We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again or contact our customer support team.(Ref:60605)”. Seems that Russian numbers are banned.

After the update, I can’t select a russian keyboard layout anymore. Needless to say it is configured. Alarm setting does not allow to set non-repeating alarms.

Where is Russian keyboard?

Watch stopped working quite soon. No response from business to our complaint and queries on how to repair/replace….

Könnte man 0 Sterne vergeben, dann wäre es hier der Fall. Einfach nur Schrott!!! Verbindung zwischen Uhr und App bricht ständig ab, Uhr verliert andauernd Wifi connection, App zeigt keine Daten und muss gelöscht und neu installiert werden und so weiter. Ich bereue es, diese Uhr gekauft zu haben.🤬

The watch that we have is literally useless! It doesn’t show correct the location , my kid can’t call. Waste of money!

I can’t use the app anymore. It’s telling me to be patience, but nothing happens. I can’t see the watch, can’t remove or add the watch.

Dear Sir/ Dear Madam, I bought Xplora x6play for my son but I cannot download music on it. He used to have x5 and used mainly the music function on it. It was sold with the advertisements of the music option. Could you please explain how to download the music? We would have chosen the model if it cannot play music. Kind regards

I bought this watch for my son who is 10 years old. It is very useful watch for him. My son also like it so much. Very important thing about this watch is it tracks your kids locations precisely.. So you can feel relaxed and track your kids location from your smart phone . You can call you’d kid on this watch. Whenever needed, my kid also calls back me from his watch. I am very happy about this watch. Worth to buy it..!!
