1. Can’t send audio and image messages in app. “Failed” message appears. 2. Grandpa (Moscow, Russia) wants to install app for communication with grandkids, but he cannot verify his phone number in the app. After the installation Xplora app during registration he didn’t receive verification code via sms. App displayed the error “ Something went wrong! We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again or contact our customer support team.(Ref:60605)”. Seems that Russian numbers are banned.

After the update, I can’t select a russian keyboard layout anymore. Needless to say it is configured. Alarm setting does not allow to set non-repeating alarms.

Where is Russian keyboard?

The quality of the watch is really bad and app shows the old location even after 30 mins of moving 2 kms. The call quality is pathetic. I’m very disappointed with the purchase of Xplora X6 play and their recommended mobile subscription in Sweden .

Existing user account having problem to login

Not able to connect the app. Not function is working watch like alarm, music, messages.

I contacted Xplora customer care as I could not register the App with my Indian mobile phone number. The customer care was very responsive and have sorted out the issue for india now. I’m very much grateful as this was a gift for my kid from someone.

tried to set the watch to india time but no such option. trying to set a guardian account through app there also it’s not accepting the india phone number.

Die Standortermittlung ist wie eine Lotterie. Ich kann zehn mal aktualisieren, aber es kann immer kein Standort gefunden werden. Nachrichten kommen durcheinander an durch starke Verzögerungen. Die Uhr funktioniert leider nicht so, wofür sie gedacht ist. Keine Kaufempfehlung

Ich hab jetzt 3 Uhren vergleichen dürfen da alle nicht funktioniert haben. Zu Xplora x6 Play und App: fast keine Funktionen und Funktionen die im App zur Verfügung stehen taugen nix. GPS funktioniert nicht, Umkreis Save-Zone viel zu groß (wahrscheinlich, weil GPS Ortung so schlecht ist) und hey Leute, die Uhr kostet 180€ , da dürfen wir schon was erwarten. Ich hab jetzt weniger bezahlt und bin extrem überrascht was die Konkurrenz alles kann. Also App Katastrophe und die Uhr selber auch.
