Enkle øvelser, som er godt forklart. Variert hver dag, og det tar kun fem minutter. Verd hver krone!
Det bør legges opp til at den enkelte kan repetere enkelte dager. Nå blir det bare tull hvis man prøver å gå tilbake for å gjøre noen tidligere øvelser i tillegg til dagens 5 min.

When you have small kids and a full time job, it’s a great way to keep on top of your core strength. I add a 90 second plank to the start ;)
