5 Minute Pilates contains both Free and Pro content. Free content includes all the “Beginners Path” challenge as well as 2 new sessions every week:

a free "Simple" pilates workout every Monday
a free "Fat Burner" pilates workout every Thursday

Free content can be accessed by closing any upgrade page.

Remaining content is available via our Pro level. This can be accessed via a subscription (monthly or annual) or a one time payment for 2 or 3 years access. We also offer reduced cost and free Pro access for those in financial difficulties. You can apply for this in the app via the upgrade page.

All payments are charged to your iTunes account 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel at anytime in your App Store settings after purchase

My favourite (free) Pilates app! Love that it’s only five mins, feels easy to squeeze into my day and not a chore. I always end up doing more than five mins. Super easy to follow and I love the variety of movements 🩷

Perfect for a quick spot of endorphins every morning or evening. Good length to avoid any time constraint issues. Right level of challenge to ease into and then push yourself further as your body gets stronger. Nice work guys!
