One of the best AB workout apps ever.
I know you’ve been told that 5-10 min bodyweight ab workouts don’t make sense. Well, yes and no. They only make sense when you find a way to overload the exercises over time. This is perfectly executed and mapped out in this app with it’s “levels” feature. Moreover, the shuffle feature along with choose your own equipment is very convenient. The only thing I would improve about the app is the UI/UX
