Let's start with the positives. The exercises are interesting, the time over repetition approach has worked well, at least for me. However, there are problems. The exercises are poorly explained. I also completely do not understand forcing to have specific exercise equipment when the application has such a variety of exercises that only require the floor. Being able to set your equipment in a training plan would be a nice addition. It is true that you can shuffle a set of exercises at a given level and with a given equipment. Unfortunately, when I choose the "no equipment" option, I get a set of exercises, each of which engages my legs so much that after training I feel more thighs pain than abs.
The last update broke the app. There is no sound at all! Also, constant popups asking for access to the camera, that I don’t need. What more the update deleted all my progress and favorites workouts. Please bring back the functionalities!
I’m on the 5th week of training but tje further I go the more disappointed I am. The workouts are great but the way they are delivered is definitely not so good. Excercises are demonstrated but not explained - in the videos section it always says that there is no online connection where in fact there is. Another problem is that the workouts surprise you with the gear you need - nothing notifies you that from weak 3,4 or 5 you will need a physio ball, a resistance band, a wall or a pullup bar so unless you are doing that workout in the gym it is impossible to stick to the routine when you have to order that stuff to your place. One introductionary video could easily cover the curriculum of workout and necessary equipment. You are just surprised with the euipment you will need when you eventually get to the day it is needed - no warning or notification anytime before. Lastly wanting to be fair is that I think the workout plan is well thought of and for sure the plan is great, the implementation part is what is seriously suffering.

It’s the best app for abs on store, well worth the money, managed to loose like 16 kilograms and get a 6pack in 8 months with Jeffs videos and some proper diet. Thanks Jeff!!
The workouts are great, but the app optimalisation is aweful... It often crashes and needs to be reset, it slowa down constantly, the timer goes 2-3 times slowe than normal clock. I use the workout from app, but normal timer... It’s not expensive, but cmon, make it better! I use iphone6s, it should be smooth
