The developer for this app has the right idea, but it’s still got a long way to go before I’d keep this on my phone. On the one hand, it’s very simple to use: just open the app and press play. However, the simplicity is also my biggest complaint. I do not like that I cannot start the flow over from the beginning or rewind at all. I also could not see how to pause the workout, although I did wind up figuring it out by accident. (You just tap anywhere on the screen.) Lastly, this app contains just one flow, so once you’ve gone through it once, you’ve pretty much exhausted the app’s usefulness.

I have a frozen right shoulder doing PT for over 7 months twice a week along with home exercise. Recently injured right foot. This is a way after PT to relax. I do appreciate the benefit.
