I love this app. Our department has been using it for years without any major issues at all. One thing I would request is when sorting by “Response Type” in the personnel tab it would be of great help to colour code the response type. For Example: If someone hits responding their name bar will appear bright green. If someone hits unavailable they will show up as red and “watch” would be yellow. This would greatly increase reaction time to know who is responding. Thanks
It’s working as it should now with the new update.
You used to be able to set your response status to a call from the lock screen, now you have to open the app to do this, which is much slower. Please bring back response options from the lock screen so people actually use the app!
I saved random calls in my list for reference. Update the app yesterday and they were all deleted. Not impressed
The app is great but there is no badge app icon.
Awesome app, it's like a pager, GPS, and command board in one!
