Adidas shutting down

Hi there, This is Stella. I am a premium subscriber to Adidas Running and currently live in Iran. I was deeply disappointed to receive an email stating that Adidas is shutting down the application in this region and will also delete my account and all associated data. I have been using this app for years, and it’s frustrating to think that all my hard-earned progress and valuable data will simply vanish. I’ve always been satisfied with the app and its well-designed plans, but this abrupt decision has left me disheartened. Now I understand why so many people prefer Strava—it offers continuity and reliability, something I thought Adidas Running provided until now. Sincerely, Stella

Abandoning after a decade

After ignoring enhancement requests for basic features that competitors implement, like dark mode, custom timers before workouts, and being informed by Support that their developers “won’t be able to fix the issue in the near future” of getting the Apple Watch app to work, I cancelled my Premium subscription and am abandoning the platform. I sure hope Runtastic can be rescued. I loved this product for many years.

Pretty good fitness tracker

This app is honestly pretty good for tracking distance and pace, but since it would not be that hard there might as well be more features such as tracking the run based on each mile, not just the 5 minute increments with pace, although that is also pretty cool. Just a suggestion, it would obviously take a bit of time and effort to put those ideas into effect but it would be really cool to see them.

Doesn’t work

This app hasn’t worked for me for a few weeks now, keeps saying server is down. Can’t log out or do anything on there. I’ve moved over to the Runna app at this point.

It does the big stuff ok, and drops the ball on the little things

I like the robustness of all the things it tracks: route, pace, steps, distance, time, GPS, etc. However, a few bugs act like a speed bump every time I see them. For example, it does not allow integers to be used in the member bio section. It simply deletes any number used. I opened a support ticket a few months ago and I was given the standard recommended fix of updating my phone, the app, and reinstalling the app - all of which I had already done on my own, to no avail. I t reported this back to support, and that was the last contact. And the issue persists. Secondly, the rules for earning points state 3 points per mile ran/walked. I have consistently only earned 2 points per mile. I opened a ticket on this a month ago, and nothing has been corrected yet. Finally, when I started to use the app 5 years ago, I thought it was pretty cool to be able to add my footwear, choosing from a list of most manufacturers. Now, however, they don’t even keep the list of Adidas shoes current which begs the question: why even provide a model list if it’s outdated?

i never new my time

Now with this app I don’t need anything else. I know I can track my advances, time, distance and the route. Is fantastic:
