I enjoyed this one

It took 10 days for my order to be ready and to get shipped, which then related in it being delayed. I wasn’t that concerned but I did talk to customer service they were not helpful at all and I mostly got ignored. When I got my shoes they were in good shape and are surprisingly comfortable.

I made a purchase on Adidas app, and when entering my address for delivery, the app placed the suite and level information out of order. As a result, the Australian Post did not deliver, claiming the address was incorrect, even though it was correct but with the suite, level, and building number information out of order. When I contacted Adidas customer service, they informed me that they could not resend my order because they could not correct the address and make a new delivery. The order would be canceled, and they would only issue a refund 14 business days after confirming the product's return, and I would have to make the purchase again. I argued that if I made the purchase again, the site would have the same address problem because the issue was with the site. The representative told me I should make the purchase and then contact them immediately to correct the delivery address. I asked her to stay on the line, and then I completed the new purchase. As I had already informed, when I entered the address details, the site again jumbled the suite, building number information. When I informed the representative of the order number and asked her to correct the delivery address, she discovered she could not change the address. She then canceled my order, apologising, saying she could not change the address. The purchase was finalised, and the charge was debited from my card. Since she canceled it, I now have to wait another 14 business days to receive the refund for the second purchase as well. Final result: I made two purchases, did not receive any of the products, and I don't know when I'll get my money back from both purchases. All because Adidas's site can't do something as simple as correctly organizing a delivery address. For that reason 1 star for the Adidas App. From Adidas, all I heard was, "Apologise about that." Just for comparison, I bought a pair of shoes on Nike's site, needed to exchange them, they quickly processed the refund, and gave me a 10% discount to buy the shoes again. Notice the difference?

It’s got a great interactive and dynamic interface with all features one could want. I just wish all apps were made this well. Well done Adidas!

Having AFTERPAY or Zippay would be good for customers

Best shopping app I have ever used.

The app is so slow and is not easy to use. You place items in the bag and it takes forever to load. Each time you try to restart it never stays in your bag even if signed in. Absolute worst shopping app.
