Ik heb mijn bestellingen steeds via de website gedaan aangezien de app in België nog steeds het Nederlands niet ondersteund. Adidas, kan je hier dringend werk van maken als je weet dat het voor onze noorderburen wel kan. Engels toevoegen zou al een pluspunt zijn…
Heel erg dat je voor België enkel Franse taal hebt… begrijp niets in heel de app…
Via de app kan ik vanuit België alleen in het Frans en niet in het Nederlands geholpen worden. Ik ben Nederlandstalig dus ervaar dat als weinig klantgericht

Waarom is de app in het Frans in België. Zou keuze moeten zijn in talen.
De App is volledig in het Frans ingesteld voor België en je kan de taal niet aanpassen via de instellingen zonder een ander land (bv Nederland) te kiezen.

Beste, In België worden 3 talen gesproken, waarom is deze applicatie enkel in het Frans? Graag hier wel oplossing voor bieden anders gewoon de app van Nederland ook voor België openstellen! Voor de rest topapp
Mon colis a disparu et ni adidas ni DPD ont prit leur responsabilités. J’ai perdu 110€ et je me retrouve sans chaussures. Cette marque est rayée de la liste. Plus jamais je ne commanderais chez adidas. Première et dernière commande chez eux.
