THE BEST!!

The most complete, flexible and easy to use image editing (and storing - organising) platform on planet Earth! Competitors show some specific benefits but no one can beat the cloud-based Lightroom in total.

no pasnorama stitch, so less for the money

I thought I could create panoramas in my iPAD pro 2020 but no pasnorama stitch. Affinity photo can do it. So less for the money

Doesn’t sync properly with Lightroom Classic

And despite spending 5 hours dealing with Adobe technical support the, couldn’t fix it .

Noise when exporting photos

Noise Reduction isn't applied when images are exported.

Version 5.3.0 and 5.3.1

Completely useless!! After updating to 5.3.0 the exported jpg images are full of noise and grain and completely USELESS!!! Although everything seems fine during the editing of the raw file (CR2), the resulting jpg image is completely different in regards of noise and grain !!! I tried even to export images without making any edit just to convert them from raw to jpg and the LR seem to introduce noise and grain to a noiseless 100iso raw image. I then experimented using the same raw image (through the cloud) with the exact same editing settings using two different devices one in 5.3.0 and one in 5.2.5. The results were fine from the device with 5.2.5 but completely useless from the device with the 5.3.0 version. The same applies to the 5.3.1 version that I immediately updated hoping that the problem will be solved but unfortunately I was disappointed again.... I tried the customer care and the experience was UNACCEPTABLE to say the least!! They answer to the emails after one day, then due to technical reasons they didn’t receive the images I sent in order to understand the problem. And now after I resent them the images(they requested to do so) there is no answer yet and already four days passed... Their telephone customer service is just a message from an answering machine telling the the service is available from Monday to Friday.... Just unacceptable !!! I never expect such a bad service from a company like Adobe.... Completely frustrated and disappointed because I don’t have any information if and when they will address this major issue.... The subscription of course is being paid as usual...

Major bug with the apply from previous photo feature

In the version 4.4.1 the “apply from previous photo” feature just doesn’t work. As a result my 3500-photos-workflow slows down dramatically. Please fix it.

Really like the new redesign

Now i can do all my edits on the go since it has almost all the features as the desktop version!

Only 3 stars because ...

The perfect app but if you want to transfer / open photo from Lightroom to photoshop fix the image size goes 3/4 smaller than the original size . Must fix it.
