5 stars to Adobe for Lightroom! It´s an amazing editing tool.
I am missing tethering (cable) mode byt otherwise it is perfect
Randomly crashes when importing from SD card. So annoying
Anything works fine but when I export photos after edit the photos didn’t go to Albums. I have no idea where my photos is going can you please help me out??
I’m a professional photographer and are used to the REAL Lightroom, that now is called “Classic”. I hope for Adobe’s sake that they will keep that one. Because this app with the new “Cloud storage” is nothing more than utter garbage. Who in their right mind in a professional workflow would use an app that prohibits local storage of files? It’s nothing more than stupidity. You could believe that the madness stops there, but no, the interface is horrible. You have for years taught us to use the absolutely brilliant “old” Lightroom that all photographers are really comfortable and satisfied with. There was no need what so ever to change it. I can imagine that Adobe’s plan in the long run is to move towards the new version and in time stop develop the classic version all together. That will be the day all photographers around the world abandon Adobe completely for more well thought applications. Adobe, you have made me astronomically disappointed.
Has everything i need but the ”reference-mode”. Would make app complete for now.
The app opens up fine, but as soon as I try editing and switching to another picture it freezes and won’t start up properly after that with it just loading all the pictures again...
The UI looks nice enough, but there are a lot of issues. To me, being able to edit with the Apple Pencil seems like one of the main benefits of editing on the iPad to begin with. It would replace having to use a wacom or similar on the desktop. But to me, it’s completely useless. I want to be able to mask an area with the pencil, in a similar way that I would a masking layer in Photosghop, using several strokes to make sure I get it right. Now, once I make a stroke, the next stroke in the same area almost always grabs the handle of the previous stroke and moves it. I can’t see ever wanting to move a stroke like that. Another very useful thing would be if I could mask using a polygonal lasso tool. Also, please allow the option to hide all the ”Learn” stuff on the home page. It just clutters up the UI.
Since the ipad app itself is unable to install presets, the only way to do this is by your computer. But this aint working either.
