I advise you not to choose this company, I have already booked with, when I arrived I found my suitcase damaged, when I requested a refund, it was refused. the second reservation I made a mistake in the reservation, I added additional luggage by mistake, similar, the company refused to refund me.

Pire compagnie, service avec les clients horribles ils parlent trop mal. Les services affichés sur l’application en tant que “inclus” ne le sont pas au comptoir. Voleurs et menteurs. Plus jamais!

J ai perdu mes bagage à soute de fes l escale Amsterdam….j ai fais la réclamation de perdre à Amsterdam depui 13/10/2024 pas de répandre..je c pas koi faire ….

Travels cancelled 3 times in a row and the third time they didn’t bother to send an email we had to find out ourselves, and I understand that the situation in Lebanon is difficult, but if you are not willing to take the risk we understand, just stop playing with people!! Personally, I’ve rented a house for a month now and for nothing. Beside, that we were forced of course to buy another ticket from another airline since we lost confidence in this airline. So, stop playing with people, we neither have the luxury of time and neither collect money from the street. If you’re not willing to take a risk, cancel all your flights and stop playing with people!!!

Unusable

Limite pour une grande compagnie aérienne. Impossible d'ajouter un vol, cerise sur le gâteau : erreur de frappe sur le message d’erreur , au secours .. En rajoutant sur ca les retards de cette compagnie en plus de la non prise en charge dans de telle situation. A fuir !

Watch out . This app will rise the price to for you if you do many search ( always compare on a other device before buying ). Also will add extra insurance and luggage without you knowing . Also don’t trust the online check in as they will ask you to do it again at the airport . Hade to paye the price of my flight extra to do the check in . To resume they will try everything to get more money from you . Non existante service . You can send as many email as you like . No reply .

J’avais lu énormément d’avis négatifs concernant la compagnie. Malgré ça j’ai voulu me faire mon propre avis et je peux vous dire que j’aurai dû écouter. Premier vol avec un retard de 8 heures !!! Le deuxième avec un retard de 3h30, sans parler de la valise dans la soute qui est dans un état lamentable. Air Arabia c’est fini.

Compagnie à fouiller! Pas de possibilité de Check in vers le Maroc même sans avoir besoin du bagage! Ils sont des vrais voleurs! Ils cherchent juste à remplir leurs poches avec des paiements extra bagages!

Esta compañía te trata muy mal no la recomiendo nos han cobrado 40€ por persona decen por que nenemos que estas 3 horas antes del vuelo despues de estar bemos esperado las de una hora en el documento de pago solo pone la cantidad no pone el motivo del pago es una estafa esto paso en oujda marueccos
