Paid for my tickets through this app Airline took my money from bank account but didn’t send me my tickets, after 24 hours they said that my ticket on hold and they will send my money back after 72 hours, Please don’t waste your time with this horrible service and airline (
I live in UAE and while making payment the currency is Euro. You end up paying additional 150 dirhams for nothing
They should seriously consider upgrading their app. Not able to add baggage to current flight

Having presence through various hubs across continents and flying across them - your website or app does not have multi city booking available. What if someone wants to fly from India, stay in UAE for few days and fly to another destination? I called the call centre and they said multi city is possible only through call centre….!!! The website and app needs this feature to be added asap please 🙏🏻
After the update, I am noy able to login and uncaught error message is popping up.
After update my login information became invalid. Unable to login in to my account.
Wasted my time adding details of all passengers and then at the time of payment, got the error message “BOOKING_CREATION_FAILED”. Tried several times but no avail. Advise to Air Arabia: learn to respect your customer’s time and start behaving like a professional airline…it’s for your own benefit.
I I traveled from calicut to Kuwait via Abudabi it was an excellent trip, and your service is to so much Appreciated
