Worst ever app

A stupid application that does not show the flight departure time or arrival time. Also, the option to modify the flight does not work

I have to open my laptop or browser to manage my bookings. Cant see my booked flight on the app, also when i try to search my booked flight through reference number etc it crashes. Need to be fixed or this app is useless.

تعامل سيء موظفين زفت شركة عشوائية خط تلفون الدعم الفني مكلف جدا لتطفيش المشتكين طائرة مثل الباس وليس الطائرة موظفي تركيا لا يجيدون ابدا الانجليزية فقط التركية في المحصلة شركة وضيعة ويجدون فقط اللصوصية وبسببهم فقدت رحلتي وتدكرتي لا نصح بهذه الشركة ابدا والله في ارخص منها واكثر راحة وافضل خدمات وافضل زيادة المال حتى على الطيران الغير اقتصادي ولا ادهب مع الهربية الزفت

Incredebly primitive. Claiming points of the past flights must be added.

كانت سفرة سيئة ضاعت حقيبة وتعبت كتير بمطار بيروت وكانت رحلتي لسوريا و ضليت الاحق المكتب 4 اشهر اتصال و اروح عالمكاتب وبعد 4 اشهر عناء من المتابعة التقت الشنتة لكن للاسف الحقيبة ممزقة وكل ما بداخلها تالف والالبسة رائحتها نتنة

One of the most convenient and well operated airline, but the app platform is outdated, needs to get a serious upgrade considering it’s one of the mainstream airlines in the Middle East.

I had booked a flight on April and then within 10mins I canceled it. They rejected to refund money to my card and mentioned this company policy “they don’t refund money” I won’t travel or use it I just need my money back as I paid to you cash you should refund them back to me!! This is not fair to lose 1000 for nothing.

The app has several issues that significantly affect its usability. First, it frequently asks users to log in, and at times, logging in doesn’t work. Attempting to log in often redirects back to the initial screen, requiring the app to be uninstalled and reinstalled to resolve the issue temporarily. Unfortunately, the problem reoccurs after a few logins, making the experience frustrating. Additionally, managing flights is cumbersome and poorly organized. There’s no option to sort flights, such as by the newest dates, and finding flights requires manually scanning through them, which is time-consuming. Lastly, I lost all my Air Rewards points without any clear reason. There was no notification or message informing me that the points were expiring or about to expire. This lack of communication is disappointing and undermines the user experience.

So bad application..you can’t change your flight from it
