I have been trying to update my CNIC VIA there bio app application. It doesn't work from outside Pakistan. Bank Alhabib you need to resolve this issue. The Pakistanis living abroad can't come to Pakistan every time they need to renew there Cnic or do biometrics. It's not working!

3 weak ago i am calling bank alhabib customer service to solve my issue But still hve problem My issue to delete previous devices which I don’t have so I called the bank to delete my previous devices when I called the bank they said okay two days will be delete two days ago then they give me seven days But still didn’t slove my issue

Worst financial application to perform any type of transaction.

World’s worst app. I am an overseas Pakistani, and I am moving to another bank. I called customer service, and the agent told me to call the branch manager for this issue. When I called the branch manager, she transferred me to another person. In short, they transferred my call four times to different people, and in the end, the last person told me I need to visit the branch.

It is extremely irritating that the application is not opening outside Pakistan since last update (8 June 2024). We are unable despite reinstalling the App, restarting iPhone time and again. Moreover, tried both mobile data and landline internet but nothing working….. Extremely Obnoxious

Your biometric function is not working out of Pakistan, please make sure to update your application to make it swift; otherwise you will loose your many customers.

Im living outside country. My issue Biometric and not reciving OTP on mail to confirm my account due to the new update. Since many days i have complained and taken numerous follow ups from branch but still issue not resolved (45 days left bu issue still not resolved)

Before launching the security update, you should consider the problems to be faced by millions of overseas account holders.
