AL Habib Mobile FAQ
Is AL Habib Mobile free?
Yes, AL Habib Mobile is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is AL Habib Mobile legit?
⚠️ The AL Habib Mobile app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app itself was designed poorly but now they have biometrics verification that needs to be performed but only for residents living in Pakistan. As i live overseas I am not able to use this app! Come on, BAHL you can do better its 2024! Change your website developer! If i could I would rate this app 0
Banking app review
Just writing this to tell you all that dont use this app to make payments.
i don’t know for what purpose they made this app.
it is not easy to use.
When you want something or you need money from app this app will simply ditch you.
better to make an account in some other bank thanks
Worst app ever
It's a shame that after so much development in Software Industry, still they can't make one working app. Living overseas, can't send money.
Issue with online money transfer
Satisfied with the application and using it for the past three years but today when attempting to make a money transfer through the mobile banking application or even through net banking, I encounter an error message stating “no account(s) available”.
Already sent one email to customer support. Please resolve this. Thanks
Please hire a better developer
Seems this app was developed by a beginner who was nothing about providing simple and streamlined process instead of making it complicated enough to make sure you won’t be able to add even a beneficiary so easily.
I can’t pay my IESCO electric bill because they don’t have iesco in their list.
It gets annoying with each passing day
Been using Bank Al Habib services because of salary account. Otherwise would have closed the account in the first few months.
1. It will not let you add beneficiaries easily.
2. Most of the time when you need the most, it won’t let you transfer funds to other accounts.
3. Recently it has forgotten my log in credentials and sends me OTP to log in, and will not register my device as a trusted device anymore. So if tomorrow I’m in a place where my sim is not working, I fear I won’t be able to access my account at all as I won’t be able to receive OTP to log in.
4. Before transferring funds to an account in one of the fields you have to select the account number from which you want to transfer the funds from. Today upon selecting the account number, it’s showing me an error as ‘Invalid account Selection’
Not sure about the condition of the branch services, but app services are frustrating and annoying. It seems that the app will find a new way to frustrate the users every day.
Mind you this has been going on since couple of years now.

Not Happy With Ebanking
Not Happy with ebanking
Unfortunately, in its current state, I cannot recommend Bank alhabib's banking application. It is simply too slow and unreliable to be of much use to anyone. I understand that technology can be finicky at times, but when you're dealing with financial transactions, it's essential that the system is running smoothly.
In your case, the fact that you've been trying to make a payment for over a day with no success is completely unacceptable. I can imagine the stress and anxiety this must be causing you, not to mention the inconvenience of having to find an alternative way to make your payment.
Overall, I think Bank alhabib's banking application has a lot of room for improvement. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that their customers can rely on their app to function properly. Until then, I would suggest exploring other banking options that offer more reliable and efficient mobile banking services.
