Recently opened a digital roshan account and signed up for net banking, i am very disappointed with their net banking system and app, it is very slow , pretty basic and actually very annoying app to use. i was not told that i will be charged for my own debit card which should come for free with new account and then i was charged tax for that transaction. most likely i won’t be using their services anymore

My app is not opening since two days. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times. I can’t access my account. Called the helpline they didn’t know.

Pls do yourself a favour and open your account in another bank. The most stupidest online banking experience i have ever found. They don't let you login from any device due to a cooling period. I logged in with correct credentials after the cooling period of 2 hrs, it didn’t accept my login details and then blocked my account. Called the helpline, got a waiting period of 30 min. Opted for a call back. Received a call 4 hrs later only to have the customer support guy listening to my issue, getting my verification for the resolution and then again asking for the issue and again carrying out the verification. And then hanging up on me for 2 min only to return with a recorded feedback message. After a day’s effort, i was finally able to get online with an agent and get my account unlocked. After logging in through web (my preferred method), received a failed login message asking for biometric verification through mobile app and the app now doesn't let me login. Horrible. Only stuck with this stupid bank due to my salary account from my organisation. Hands down, the most stupid online service in any sector.

The reason I will leave my this account will be this app

Normally the app was working very good and people can oprate it from overseas now with this latest update of finger scanning on 15th of april 2023 can not even open the app ❌❌❌

Absolutely waste of time with BAHL app. Poorly designed and useless

I do not leave a review. But this is the Worst Mobile App I hav used. The company who have developed it should be ashamed of their developers and quality of work they have done on this app. Pathetic & Switching my bank account just because of this

Bad experience very low services Speed of app is like a cheap

I’ve never used such a pathetic application like this. 0% user friendly app. Very slow and full off bugs. Most of the time it doesn’t loads, takes so much time for loading if rarely loads up. A school going developer can make far better applications than this. Front end design is pathetic and massy.

It seems the guys at BAHL are not looking at banking apps of other local banks. Last year I didn’t manage to get WHT certificate from the app and as expected same as this time too (tried through internet banking via desktop but same result). There is no improvement in app performance/speed. Since latest update I’m not able to login through finger print.
