Poor app, poor service

The app is really bad at handling id documents. I wasted a lot of time trying repeatedly to get it to scan Emirates ID properly. Eventually I got the app to accept the ID scan but was soon informed by text that I need to repeat the process. Customer service can't help at all. In fact they barely understand English. Avoid this app.

Very easy and super fast! In love with it 🥰🥰🥰

Credit Card Application Ignored

I was a fan of this bank and encouraged others to join. However, this credit card application process has been extremely disappointing. Weeks on end with no response. Customer service only say they can send an email to the card team. This is the second email now. Its a shame when you have to beg to be attended to.
