Ebooks are not available for purchase. Opening the Amazon website opens the app. I cannot purchase Kindle ebooks due to this issue.

Their search engine is very lame and buggy. Unable to exclude words and it shows results clearly outside the search. The app vibrates once something is added to the cart. This is minor, but their lack of support and ignorance is major. It drives many people crazy. Their forum is buggy. Easier to use a browser in combination with Google search. Shame on you Amazon how much you don't care.

You cant change your language if you order in france, you should try to understand French, this is so annoying, also there is no normal support, they made it very hard to find support button.

Diacritics in delivery adress not acceped!!!!By every order is problem to delivery adress due to diacritics. Stupid!!! Problem with changed delivery adress to delete. Absolutely worst stupid app for shopping ever. Waste my time!!!!

When I submit my order I get a blank screen - is it accepted or is it not? No way to find out unless I restart the app. Moreover, when I opt out from the currency converter, it applies anyhow after order is submit. This is outrageous.

payment authorizations keep failing-the app stucks for minutes and shows wrong status of the orders after. Failed orders neither return to the cart nor list as cancelled. Very poor experience! Can’t schedule deliveries on later days,… I ordered to UAE and the app showed no real status of the delivery by DHL who threatened to destroy my parcel. Unacceptable.
