It’s really hard to use this app

Problem with app

1. Lack of Category Browsing: Every time I open the Amazon app, I’m immediately reminded of its poorly designed user interface. The inability to easily browse through different product categories is a glaring issue. There’s no straightforward way to view all products within a specific category, which is quite a basic expectation in any shopping app. 2. Inaccessible Seller Information: Another major frustration is the difficulty in accessing seller information. When interested in a product, I often want to know more about the seller, like their other products and overall ratings. However, the app doesn’t provide an easy way to access this information. This seems like a standard feature in most online marketplaces, but it’s conspicuously missing in the Amazon app. 3. Unstructured Product Cards: The layout of the product cards is highly unstructured and not user-friendly. Navigating them is a cumbersome experience and significantly detracts from the overall shopping experience. 4. Issues Subscribing to Amazon Prime: The most baffling problem, however, is the inexplicable difficulty in subscribing to Amazon Prime within the app. It seems paradoxical that as a customer willing to pay for a subscription, I find no clear path to do so. This not only hinders my experience but also seems like a lost opportunity for Amazon.

Awful! I cannot choose Apple Pay as a payment option! Very disappointed!

Why does the Amazon Kindle app have a download limit in my country? (Kazakhstan)? Is it not for everyone?

Bad service. They changed delivery date 5 times per week. Low level of service. Support provide wrong information, they lie to you and wanna faster close the ticket.
