If you order outside their area of control, like Romania, it is a disaster. You are lucky if the package reach you. They don’t even know with whom the delivered and all conch support are really very weak.

The app won’t let me do anything “without a profile”. When I try to create one (I do have an account) I get a message saying I need to create “content” to create a profile. The button to create this “content”, whatever it is, does nothing. I’ve used apps built by two half drunk devs in a dark dorm room that work better than this.

As I am traveling to Germany for one week I placed an order with a german adress (where I am staying), but paid with my CC which is Romanian. So they took my money and locked the account and blocked the order as the payment is suspicious to them. Called the service line and they assured me that I will get a refund if the parcel wont arrive by the time I ll leave germany. But I don t want the money back, I want what I ordered. So don t like at all this policy.

What use it is to have an app where you can’t cancel an order ? I have a prime account and it’s second when it happens that the product is not delivered in 24 hrs. Now delayed for 1-2 days more. However, the app doesn’t give me any possible way to cancel now the order when the order has late delivery. Shameful company practices…make orders and payments as fast as possible and trap any way of getting the money back behaving a customer service system that makes you wait on the phone more than 15 minutes…

you can buy whatever you want, but i live in romania and theres no ron (romanian money) in the currency, so please add it

Installed. Logged in. Does not show my previous orders. Shows my previous card transactions though. When trying to see a transaction’s details, enters a never ending loop of trying to sign in. Disappointed, to say the least. Uninstalled. Will keep using the website.

I ordered an item delivered by Amazon. Talked with support twice, waited for more than 2 weeks and in the end they asked me to cancel the order since they couldn’t deliver it.

I tried cancelling my free trial but i couldn’t,i received no e-mail saying i cancelled it,i was unable to do so and i was charged $16 which is pretty much for me,and now you charged me again with 15 usd after trying to cancel my account the 2nd time

As most things Amazon… The “venue” concept is killing me. To navigate venue x languages x accounts one would need a very good UI. Now imagine what a horrible UI do 😅
