Frustrating
The whole process of making an order is ridiculous. You have to go through eight gates of hell, just to add an order. Once you added order you cannot pay, cannot choose delivery options, your order just gets confirmed and that’s it. You don’t get to proceed to paying or delivery options you just get accepted and that’s it. once you start to search for any notifications on what you should do further you cannot find anything. Your order just hangs in the air. I needed to contact an Amazon employee (which was almost impossible) just to understand what should I do next. He explained me that I don’t get any invoices, that my book has been sent out, that I will get to pay once it arrives. which makes no sense because you don’t get any instructions of process and wtf, nobody does that. I ordered a book. It weighs about 4 kg. It has many pictures and it is very dear to me because I use it a lot in a learning process so every image and every page is important to me (it is an anatomy book). once my book arrived it was plainly in a cardboard box and it wasn’t even wrapped in a single bubble wrap. And of course book had got bumps when arrived. I would get that book in any other possible way if I could find one just not to get order from Amazon again. I hated that process so much that I deleted my account and hoped I will never see anything from them again. but then time came and I was watching anime and I wanted to know what is going to happen next. So i needed a manga book. And again I couldn’t find this comic book anywhere elsewhere besides Amazon and I was forced to create account again and to download a Kindle to have an electronic book. electronic book you have to order from fake address because this ELECTRONIC book cannot be DELIVERED to your address. I mean it feels like amazon wants to do everything just for me not to BUY from them ever again, but to find a pirate version of books to read because it is easier. And also this annoying thing that when you read a book, want to start next sequence, you have to go to a website, buy it, then ho to app, upload it and then continue. Why can’t I buy straight from kindle. Also makes me wanna delete it.
