Going to have to stop using Amazon. Can’t be at home in person to give a password for a delivery!

Hands down worst app by a big company. Incredibly slow if not on perfect WiFi. Much much quicker and better to stick with a web browser.

I live in a vat free place and since the update that won’t come off it shows it off in the basket but when go to checkout it’s the full price… Phoned them and they just said they don’t know why nothing else…

I never received 7 of my orders from Amazon, but Amazon says they delivered them on September 25th. I have reported this issue to Amazon many times, but it has not been addressed properly. I have been struggling with this for days and it has given me a headache, but I will still pursue my rights to the fullest extent. If necessary, I will take legal action. I will report the delivery service and Amazon that claimed they delivered the items to me. (location: Bradford on Avon)

I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for years. But Amazon is promoting manufactures on it’s platform that sell defective products, and issue return addresses which are fake. Amazon fails to either tackle these manufacturers, or give customers refunds when they fall foul of fraudulent manufacturers on their site. We’ve cancelled all our business with Amazon. Ironically it’s now past it’s ’prime’

Amazing stuff but was meant to arrive last month

tracking so bad says it coming at 6:15 and driver not even coming and sat and a place for 1 hour

Every time I use the App it reverts to US dollars which is useless since am in the UK

I got hacked for all my money what was “£3598 and they delivered “womp womp” signs to my house OUTRAGEOUS

Changing country on iPad app seems to be impossible. Easy to do on iPhone and on Web but it doesn’t correlate when you open the iPad app. Such a shame the iPhone and iPad development teams don’t seem to be on the same page.
