I have been trying to sell my products on amazon but looks like it that there is some algorithm that’s effecting my sales. It’s by the end of the end when I have to make the payment when my sales go down to zero for quite a few days . Can’t find the reason. There are some serious issues with the team as well. They are from all over the world and most of them don’t know there job well. Not even the language
Unable to use single sign-on to log into this Amazon seller app. No issues using SSO for the Amazon Business app. No ipad support.
Love it but I cannot get my payment and I don’t know why
Its unfortunate Amazon doesn’t let you set your own price for your items. Just because something else somewhat similar sells for less, should not mean my product is not worth more. Im also starting to have other issues happening where they cancel my listing and not even notify me of a problem.
It’s time to say it: Amazon customer service needs serious improvement. As both a buyer and seller on Amazon, I’ve been dealing with their support nearly every day lately, and it’s been a nightmare. As a seller, I reached out with a simple question about my account—just trying to understand what they needed from me. I ended up talking to 30 representatives, and guess what? Only three of them could even answer part of my question. I felt like I was being passed around without anyone actually wanting to help. Then, as a buyer, I noticed some random charges on my account and tried to get an explanation. I went through four reps, and it was a comedy of errors: one kept transferring me to others, one told me to call a different number, and another had a “system problem” and asked me to hang up because she couldn’t search anything on her computer! Amazon, with your resources and size, I expect so much better than this runaround. We’re talking about basic service here, not rocket science. I know I’m not the only one who’s frustrated—this is something Amazon needs to fix, fast.
I have not been very successful selling on Amazon. I’m paying more in fees along with advertising. It’s costing me money to sell on Amazon. I might have to take my listing down soon.

this is extortion. once you sign up to be a seller you are locked into a system that controls every portion of your business. the fees keep coming.
Can’t find books sold.
