Bonne app, mais plein de bug
Application prometeuse, mais impossible d’annuler une réservation
Des progrès à faire
Pas d’accès aux billets de train réservés depuis l’application mobile. Des réservations manquantes dans l’application quand ce sont des billets agence. Un workflow de validation immédiat des réservations trop court. Bref pas mal de progrès à faire encore

Nuls et nuls
Comment avez vous pu annuler deux de mes deux vols retour ?? Et comment avez vous mis aussi longtemps pour me rebooker sur ces vols? Pourquoi ne repondez vous pas apres 18:00 quand les vols sont annulés à 20:00 pour un vol le lendemain matin?
Déconnexions intempestives
Application inutilisable en voyage, login à rentrer à chaque fois + double authentification. Juste un Face ID ça suffit.

Amex gbt n’est pas performante Très longues attentes au téléphone Des personnes certes très polies mais un service qui ne prévient pas des chgts de règles Covid Qui ne dit RIEN du statut des remboursements de billets. Et qui n’est pas super performant dans la mesure où il laisse au voyageur le soin de traiter les pbs de voyage avec la compagnie de transport.
Continuité de service avec l’agence
Réservation en ligne, toujours en contact avec mon agence si besoin (messagerie/téléphone). Réception des alertes et support en cas d’incident de parcours. Et désormais la note de frais Neo intégrée, c’est top!
Pas possible de réserver depuis l’application
Une sorte de Wallet aucun intérêt
