Horror for every tourist. Not manageble…!
Website does not allow payment foe bookings
The website does not work. It is not possible to book with a credit card. PayPal only works sometimes.
Buchung aus Deutschland nicht möglich
Die App und auch die Webseite verlangt eine Anschrift in den USA. Schade.
Nichts für schwache Nerven
Leider kann man damit keine Tickets kaufen, weil die Eingabe der Telefonnummer nur das wirre US Format erlaubt, internationale Telefonnummern können nicht eingegeben werden. Brüller.
Booking didn‘t work
Unfortunately I wanted to book an train during my stay in Kuwait by Credit Card, but the system didn‘t work so a friend in the states had to book this trip! Now Incan‘t add this trip to my profile, which means I don’t get the points and I have to print the ticket instead of using the app! This is very inconvenient! Regards...
Works fine
No issues - I was able to see my reservation and train schedules. A well-designed app.
Not for international customers
MasterCard billing address asks for the US - state. Not available for Germany. Cannot proceed to checkout.
Only for US ans Canadian Citizens :-(
In the booking process you need to Enter a State which is not possible for eg. german passengers. Though you choose Germany as country, it requiers a State. You could do this better in an Update.
Gute App
Das nenne ich mal eine gut gemachte App im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Reiseanbietern *hust*Lufthansa *hust*Hertz. Läuft alles soweit gut.
