I am 15years old, and I started with only 1 minute of breath holding time end now I have increased my time to 1.30 minutes and I want to be able to get a time of 4 minutes before week 23

It's truly amazing, when I took my first breath holding test the results were 48 seconds. Now after just a week I can hold my breath for 1.48 minutes it's amazing! Thank you for making this app I've always had a big problem with holding my breath before. This really helped! I also have a question I've soon done the CO2 for 2 weeks and then your supposed to do the O2 for 2 weeks again. So is there any difference between those two?? And are you supposed to hold your breath underwater when you do the training in any of the training methods?? Please answer so I know I'm doing right! Have a great weekend! :))
