Please check guidelines in the App to schedule training.

Hold your breath even longer
Using this app is an easy and reliable way to train yourself to hold your breath longer.
I can confirm that it actually does work, just be aware that it will take some time to get the really noticeable results.
One downside is that there isn’t much detailed information in-app that explains the more technical aspects of breathing techniques. The internet is full of easy-to-find resources on this though, so it’s not that big of a deal.
The subscription options are fairy reasonable priced, but I’d preferred the lifetime license if it hadn't been so expensive in comparison.
Kjempe bra
Etter bare 5 dager ved å bruke appen har jeg kunnet holde pusten min 10 sekunder lenger👍🏻
This helps me a lot
Hey I am a 13 yr old boy who has bedn Freediving for about a year now. I downloaded this app 2 weeks ago and have used it pretty often when i am on a trip or just when i am bored. This app gives you the opportunity to relax whilst getting ready to hold your breath.
After using this app i have increased my record hold by 50 seconds! By other means
2,23 min
