카톡이 되다 안되다 하는게 너무 심해요!! 특히 너무 안보내져요. 네트워크 문제인가 해서 인터넷 네이버 인스타그램도 다 들어가봤는데 얘네는 되는데 카톡이 안돼요. 한국인으로서 카톡은 연락할때 필수 어플인데 자꾸 먹통이 되니까 답답하네요
