저는 카카오톡이라는 앱은 정말 유용하게 쓰는데 제가 외국에 살아서 해외번호를 써요 그래서 포스트 작성이나 다른 기능도 제한 되는게 많더라고요 해외유저들도 포스트 작성 같은건 가능하면 좋겠어요ㅠㅠ

카카오톡 진짜 느리고 멍청해서 쓰기 싫어졌어요
해외 거주자인데 며칠전부터 카톡 대란 마무리 된 후에도 실행이 안 되길래 어플 지웠다가 다시 깔고 로그인하는데 번호를 입력하래서 했는데 문자 는 안 가고 뒤로가기도 안되고 진짜 답답하네요, 비밀번호 찾기해도 리셋하려면 문자 인증 하라고 하고 그냥 이번기회에 갈아타려구요
아이폰 13 미니랑 맥북
카카오톡 자주 쓰고 너무 좋은데 요즘 보이스콜이 안되요 ㅠㅠ 전화 받자마자 끊기거나 무슨 문제 있다고 떠요 ㅠ 들리지도 않구요 ㅠㅠ 가끔 톡 알람이 늦게 뜨거나 그래요 ㅠ 와이파이는 연결 되어있는 데 카톡 PC도 안되고 알림이 떠서 카톡 들어가면 문자 내용이 안떠요 ㅠㅠ데이터를 켜야지 문자 내용이 보여요.. 알림 뜬 상태에서 알림을 누르면 문자 내용이 보이는 데 그게 아니면은 데이터를 키고 문자 내용이 뜰때까지 가다려야해요 ㅠㅠ 고쳐주세요 감사합니다 ☺️

It'd be better if I could log/sign out of my account on my phone, or at least add accounts as I have two. Having to delete the app or reset data just to log out all the time is quite time consuming. No hate towards the app just a suggestion if another update occurs.

This app works alright most of the time but sometimes freezes and shuts down. I’ve been trying and trying to activate this for my parent onto an old iphone I no longer use, it just goes blank (white screen) after keying in code sent via text. Now my parent can’t access his account because his one was not registered on a desktop setting. Very frustrating. And it should say how much storage this app requires.

Slow sending media files
It takes way too long for photos and videos recently. It’s almost impossible to send videos. Please have this fixed!! And also messages appear on chat list after few second of delay when app is opened.
동영상 전송이 안돼요..
아이폰 10xs max 사용중인데 어느 순간 부터 사진 및 동영상을 채팅방에 업로드를 할수가 없네요. Ios 업데이트 이후인것 같은데.. 다운로드는 잘 되는데 용량 좀 있는 사진이나 동영상을 보내면 업로드가 되질 않네요~~ 빠른 해결 부탁드립니다!
The most pathetic customer service.
Have burned through several accounts since using it. Lost one a couple of weeks ago as I used the *correct* password & ID etc. But it decided I accessed from a different IP and locked me. Do not expect customer service to do anything. You WILL lose access to all your contacts. Chats. etc. at some point. Write them down as a loss because they have such a monopoly in Korea they do not care about people using the app. Honestly. The worst run *help* centre on Earth. It’s been 3 weeks dealing with them. They will ask for oodles of documentation. And when provided. Say they need something else. Utterly pathetic. Good app. But it isn’t reliable from a service perspective. Just use it for fun. Never anything important.
