can't backup/restore chat history
I downloaded kakao on my new device (same phone number) and it asked me if I want to backup my chat history. After clicking "receive data backup messages" it says "a notice has been sent to your device" but there is NO notice sent to my device to help restore my chat history. I have checked all messages and even all emails. Am I forced to lose all my chat history? ... PLEASE HELP AND FIX THIS

I’ve been trying to get the verification code, but it keeps telling me in progress, then after a while it tells me that an error occured I should start afresh. What’s the reason. From South Africa

Unnecessary privacy restrictions
Used to be a great app but it's so didn't l difficult to use and find friends who are saved in your contact list and vice versa. What a fall.

It’s great But I got blocked 2 twice for no reason And I am not getting the message as to why I got blocked
Gifting emoticons
Gifting emoticons is still not possible on iOS devices and only available online for Korean users. The features available on this app for users outside of Korea is very limiting.
Suggestions
Cool app. I just wish there was a place where you could see your contacts usernames and the option to log in or out of the app.
