can’t search past flight

many past flights are not available… (<sep2023)

Fix your bugs!

I was one of their biggest fans… until recently. The app had stopped working the way it did. I have no more Lock Screen widget showing me the information I need. Reported this problem during my last trip 2 weeks ago. No one at AiTA has contacted or confirmed. The bug is still here. The only way to get Lock Screen info is to uninstall and reinstall. Which I’m doing at this very moment. I’m on latest iOS / iPhone 15 pro. My old review below. Will only update if this gets fixed. Old review: Best. Travel. App. Ever! I got a lifetime subscription to AitA and I must say it is one of the most comprehensive travel apps one can find. Especially at the airport, finding your gate, finding your luggage belt etc is a breeze and the Apple Watch complication gives all the information you need to know at your fingertips. As my wife was working for the airlines many years, it also helped me check her flight status and arrival time. Can’t do without, it comes with many more useful and fun tools. Simply a great job and if you do a few trips per year, or someone close is footing a lot, it is a must have.

It's an great app

Very easy to use and nice interface

Paid subscription but removed features

I pay a yearly subscription but recently I’ve noticed they’ve removed the features that I subscribed for. Then the app suggests that I ‘go pro’ by subscribing. What am I subscribed to then?

Failed to add flight to calendar now

Plz fix the bugs as flights cannot be added to calendar now.

Great app

I’m not a frequent flyer, bit my wife works for the airlines and this app is great to track my own flights as well as my wife’s flights. Recommended for anyone.

Excellent CS

Great app and excellent customer service when needed!

This ap lock your data you manually enter

When this app switched to a multi tier subscription service, they locked the data of their old customer that’s manually enter. They can choose to keep old data for free and pay for new entry, but they choose not to. Lose my trust. Good bye.

Permission for this App to access my Gmail?!

In this day and age, you actually think people will allow you access to their Gmail just to use this App?! GOOD LUCK and get a new CEO/CTO/biz model!

Excellent app to keep travel records

The app is great. It helps to record and analyse my travel records over the years. However I found that flights details in 2013 and before is not available. I have to add each single detail of the flights manually since then. Is there any issue with that?
