Cannot download the app if the ios is under ios18
Iphone 8 only allowed ios16 installed on the device…. however the the support app requires ios18 or higher, does it mean apple will NOT provide any support through app on older iPhone which only runs ios16/17? ?

照片無法在 iPhone 中刪除或編輯，使用體驗受限
我在 iPhone 上發現部分照片出現「製作副本後編輯」情況，但無法直接編輯或刪除原圖，尤其係電腦壞咗之後，無法再透過原裝置同步管理，令管理相片變得非常困難。我希望 Apple 可以改善照片管理方式，例如： • 容許在手機直接刪除來自同步或副本的相片 • 明確顯示哪些相片屬於同步來源／唯讀狀態 • 提供簡易方式將這類相片搬回 iCloud 或本機自由管理
