I have been playing for past few years. Even though I don’t always get new operators, it’s still interesting and engaging to play. Almost all stages can be done with low rarity operators if you use the proper strategy. You can level up and enjoy even without spending money.
I’ve played this game for quite some time it’s really good, I just can’t help but notice there are hundreds of operators in this game all diverse with there own stories so clearly your cable of it but on the other hand you can literally count with one hand the amount of poc there are in the game it just seems a shame when this game has shown how good it is at creating different characters

I can't believe I have not played this before... it's got ACTUAL strategy (not just dumping the best characters into random positions) and even the story is good. Battle is surprisingly fun. Rewards are pretty balanced. I don't get what everyone means with 'bad gacha rates'. The rates are literally the same as every rpg game ever. Another great thing: You don't actually need the most op characters to win all the rewards or anything. You can have the worst characters in the game and, if you deploy your tactics well, you can still win. If that's not f2p friendly idk what is.
Idk why honestly but it feels really chill, even if i don’t get the limited character i don’t feel much fomo or anything, the rates are really generous with six stars! It honestly really allows for the story and the gameplay to shine since i’m not so hellbent on obtaining currency all the time and I’m glad for it since the writing is absolutely insane. All the characters are taken seriously and are well fleshed out, even the side ones you know are never going to be playable.
What I am trying to say is the waiting time is slow and I think you can improve it but overall, the game is good and I like the battles and the characters but if you improve the game so the waiting time isn’t that slow I think I would love the game!
Played the game since 19/3/2020 Had an error occour with a pull (Spector alt on first 10x) then thrown from the app to the login screen as I’m still unveiling my pulls then given an error and maintenance is happening (it had gotten extended) yet I somehow had gotten into the game, decided I had gotten my pull that’s great I’ll go to bed (maintenance usually finishes about 4-6am AU time) when I woke up I logged in and had a 10x free headhunt as if I had never used my other one used it and got nothing figured ok weird and threw in $$ to hopefully get Irene too checked my ops and specter alt is not in my list? Message customer support and was given a “screenshots or it didn’t happen” message over and over just worded differently with pictures of my pulls since I had woken up only, even though I had told them I was screensharing to a group of friends in discord who watched it happen. Pretty disheartened to whale this game for so long and convince all my friends to play and support the game with me to just be called a liar for trying to bring something to their attention..
